职位描述

工作职责：
  • 根据报销制度，准确审核费用支出项目；
  • 依据服务标准协议指引及时完成费用审核相关内容；
  • 识别流程中的潜在风险，并可向流程主管提出改善建议；
  • 每日提交相关费用处理报告；
  • 为新入职的员工提供工作流程培训；
  • 提高相关行业和市场的专业知识并就与客户相关的重要问题与管理层进行沟通。

职位要求：
  • 本科以上学历, 会计、金融、经济类专业优先；
  • 具备基本的会计知识，尤其是会计分录的编制、科目余额表、资产负债表和损益表；
  • 熟练操作Microsoft office 软件，尤其是Microsoft Excel；
  • 工作细致认真、积极主动；
  • 具有良好的英语说、写能力；
  • 具有韩语熟练；
  • 具有基础英语知识。

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure transactions are processed accurately according to the procedures defined in the documentation
  • Ensure targets are met in accordance to service level agreement guidelines
  • Identify potential areas for process improvements and make recommendations to supervisors
  • Provide relevant process reports on a daily basis
  • Provide process training to new team members
  • Gain expertise knowledge of the business or market and communicate important client issues with management
 Requirements:
  • University graduate in accounting, finance or business 
  • Basic audit knowledge 
  • Basic accounting knowledge especially accounting journal preparation, trial balance, final accounts and profit and loss accounts
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel 
  • Attention to detail and takes initiative
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Proficiency in Korean language will be an advantage
