职位描述

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure transactions are processed accurately and targets are met as defined in the documentation
  • Ensure payments received can be properly accounted for in accordance with company procedure
  • Prepare adjustment entries for payments or invoices as requested through the accounts receivable forms
  • Respond to emails and enquires in a timely manner
  • Identify potential areas for process improvements and make recommendations to supervisors
  • Provide any ad hoc reports as requested
Requirements:
  • University graduate in accounting, finance or business 
  • Basic accounting and finance knowledge, especially accounting journal, trial balance, final accounts and profit and loss accounts
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel 
  • Attention to detail and takes initiative
  • Good command of spoken and written English
